???? What does the role of Indirect Procurement Manager mean at our company?

As a Indirect Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in securing services and indirect for our production sites in Opava and Hungary. Your mission will be to identify new suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and find the best balance between cost and performance. You will collaborate across departments – from engineering to laboratories and production – ensuring smooth operations. Every day brings new challenges, opportunities for innovation, and a chance to influence procurement strategy.

???? Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in strategic procurement – ideally 3–5 years, preferably in a large or multinational company.
  • Understanding of industrial manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
  • Business-level English – ability to communicate and negotiate confidently.
  • Strong negotiation skills and strategic mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Resilience and flexibility – dynamic environment requires ability to handle pressure.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Ariba) is a must.
  • Education in economics, business, logistics, or technical field is an advantage, but not mandatory – experience matters most.
