You'll be supporting the Sales team in selling our Brno-born technology and solution which are number one in the world of voice biometry. You will take care of our CRM system and lead management processes and you'll be in charge of the first contact with potential new clients. You'll be working with our solutions and technology provided to both the government and commercial sector.

Your Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Participation in creating and implementation of sales strategy.
  • Active work with CRM on a daily basis – so we can share knowledge easily across the team.
  • Daily communication with our partners.

Skills You Will Need

To excel in this role, you should be proficient in:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong analytical thinking – ability to understand business processes and their interdependencies.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail – ensuring all data in the CRM system is complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Excellent communication skills – helping our customers fall in love with our products.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills – you know how to prioritize, meet deadlines, and ensure all relevant information is entered into our CRM daily, making it your online sales bible.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of any additional language is an advantage.
