Senior Digital Designer
O pozici
At FTMO, we believe that company growth starts with people. We are a team that pushes forward together, supports one another, and celebrates shared achievements. Our environment creates space for talents to grow - individually, as a team, and across the whole company.
FTMO, in partnership with OANDA (a global fintech company operating across 7 regulated entities and multiple languages) is looking for a Senior Digital Designer who can bridge the worlds of creative design and UX/UI design. You’ll be embedded in OANDA’s award-winning in-house Creative Team - working on campaigns and digital experiences that reach traders around the world. We’re looking for someone who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and knows how to turn a brief into a beautiful, high-performing digital experience.
What will you do?
Own front-end website design - creating experiences seen by traders globally across multiple languages and markets.
Work across global campaigns spanning 7 regulated entities and emerging markets,
from concept through to delivery.
Play a key role in developing and growing the OANDA brand - helping shape how it looks, feels, and performs across every digital touchpoint.
Use AI and modern design tools to accelerate ideation, improve efficiency, and push the quality of creative output forward.
Collaborate closely with Content Editors, Web Development, CRO, CRM, and Marketing to deliver seamless, user-centred experiences.
Continuously optimise user flows and creative performance user data, testing, and real insight.
Contribute to and evolve design systems that keep the brand consistent and scalable across all platforms.
Mentor junior designers and act as a senior guardian of brand quality and consistency.
Take full ownership of projects - from discovery and concept through to delivery and optimisation.
No trading background? No problem - we’ll get you up to speed!
What do you bring to the table?
5+ years of experience in UX/UI and Creative Design within an in-house or agency environment.
Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g. Claude) to support ideation, prototyping, and design workflows.
A strong portfolio demonstrating both user-centred design thinking and high-quality visual and creative execution.
Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, responsive design, and conversion-focused experiences.
Confidence working cross-functionally with developers, stakeholders, and content teams.
Strong communication skills - able to clearly articulate design decisions and influence outcomes.
High level of autonomy, ownership, and attention to detail.
Fluent English is a must (written and spoken).
What would be nice to have?
Experience in FinTech, Banking, FX, CFDs, or a similarly regulated industry.
Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g. Hotjar, Optimizely).
Understanding of design systems, component-based design, and CMS platforms.
Basic knowledge of front-end principles (HTML/CSS).
