Our client, a fund managed by senior investment professionals with extensive expertise and a proven track record in Private Credit and Private Equity, having successfully completed transactions exceeding €1.4 billion.
The opportunity
As they continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Analyst to join our Prague office.
This is not a typical analyst role. We are looking for someone with outstanding Excel modelling skills, strong analytical thinking, and a genuine passion for solving complex problems. Valuation experience can be developed; intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and modelling excellence are much harder to teach.
You will work directly with partners and senior investment professionals, playing an important role in supporting strategic investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and improve complex financial models
Develop valuation models for investment opportunities and portfolio assets
Analyze large datasets and transform data into actionable investment insights
Prepare investment memoranda, committee materials, presentations, and reports
Support transaction execution, coordinate due diligence, and portfolio monitoring
Identify opportunities to automate recurring processes and improve analytical workflows
Work closely with senior management on strategic investment decisions and participate in meetings with management teams, advisors, and business partners
Qualifications
· Exeptional Excel and financial modelling skills, problem solving with a strong attention to detail
Analyst with 2-4 years’ experience in Private Equity, Private Credit, Big Four Transaction Services, Valuations, Corporate Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, or Asset Management
Strong ownership mentality and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an international English speaking environment
Fluency in English (B2 or higher) and Prague-based
Strong Advantages
Analytical/data processing abilities; experience with VBA, Power Querry, Claude, Python, SQL or similar tools
Understanding of real estate valuation methodologies and real estate financial modelling
CFA candidate or similar certificates
We are offering
Compensation package: Monthly base salary of CZK 70,000–80,000, depending on the candidate’s experience, plus competitive performance-based and transaction-related bonuses.
