Do you love cars and quality in one? Join us and get involved in their production! In 2011, we started manufacturing interior components for automobiles. At our plant in Žatec, we produce door panels, dashboards, center consoles, headrests and armrests.

We are looking for an ambitious individual with the potential to become a manager, who wants to become the right hand of our Production Manager. In this role, you will play a key role in optimizing processes, collaborating to ensure production quality, and increasing efficiency.

What would your workday consist of?

• Collaborating with the Production team and provide clear direction to supervisors, shift leaders, team leaders, and operators.
• Analyzing potential issues related to new parts, materials, procedures, and systems.
• Making important decisions even in challenging situations.
• Being responsible for direct and indirect work processes in your department.
• Analyzing costs and operational efficiency.
• Working with individual production department leaders to continuously improve their skills and achieve personal goals.

What knowledge and skills should you have?

• Experience in a similar position in an automotive company for at least 3 years.
• Good communication skills in Czech and English.
• Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing standards.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Advanced PC skills (especially MS Office - Excel).
• A category B driver’s license.
