Are you a motivated leader with a technical background and a passion for continuous improvement? We are looking for a Warranty Centre Supervisor/Quality Supervisor to join our expanding team in Mikulov, Czechia.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Warranty Centre, lead a team of technicians, and ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and safety. Key responsibilities of the role:

• Lead and support a team of technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental policies are effectively implemented and followed.
• Coordinate training for new staff and assess ongoing development needs.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans when necessary.
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Work closely with customer-facing teams to resolve product issues and manage complaint investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support audit readiness and maintain compliance with internal procedures.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 2-4 years of previous experience working in a multinational organization.
• Familiarity with personnel management tools and performance tracking systems.
• Fluency in both Czech and English is mandatory required for this position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
