Are you driven by data, business performance, and strategic decision-making? We're looking for a Sales Controller to support our Czech and Slovak operations, partnering closely with commercial teams to drive profitable growth and deliver valuable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to support business decisions and performance management.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial analyses across key sales and profitability metrics.
• Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
• Analyze pricing, margins, customer investments, and promotional effectiveness.
• Support reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data, customer budgets, and accruals.
• Contribute to process improvements, reporting automation, and finance projects.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business or Commercial Controlling.
• FMCG or consumer goods experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge; SAP and Power BI experience are beneficial.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English and Czech or Slovak
