Operations & Expansion Director – Real Estate

We are looking for a commercially minded Operations & Expansion Director who enjoys
building scalable processes while driving business growth.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of operations, expansion, finance, and strategic execution.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize day-to-day operations across the real estate portfolio.
• Design and implement scalable operational processes, governance, and performance standards.
• Drive expansion projects from market assessment through execution.
• Oversee operational budgets, financial performance, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate operational and business risks.
• Lead cross-functional projects.
• Support strategic initiatives and contribute to the company's long-term growth agenda.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Operations, Business Transformation and Expansion
• Background within real estate, property management, development, retail, hospitality, or another multi-site business.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Experience leading complex operational improvement and change management projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset combined with strong execution skills.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Fluent English.
