WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Be involved with all day-to-day reception duties and leading team of people on duty

Supporting colleagues at the front desk and their formation

Ensure the smooth-running reception desk at all times, dealing with guest queries and requests efficiently

Provide first class customer service and should be highly organized with good communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
