Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys combining hands-on HR operations with data, process discipline and close cooperation with managers? Would you like to play an important role in supporting our Czech operations and strengthening the way people processes are executed in a manufacturing environment? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Partner - Czechia to join our European People Team. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, workforce reporting and manager support for our Czech site. You will be an important link between local execution and regional People initiatives, helping ensure that HR processes are accurate, compliant and business-focused.


What will you do?

  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR administration, documentation and employee data management.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and cooperate with payroll providers and Finance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on day-to-day HR operational topics.
  • Support managers in employee cases, attendance topics, workforce planning and HR process execution.
  • Monitor and report key workforce indicators, including absenteeism, attendance, staffing levels, turnover and overtime.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards and insights to support data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure consistent application of local labour law, company policies and internal HR processes.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews and mandatory HR-related requirements, including medical examinations.
  • Cooperate closely with the People Business Partner and the wider European People Team.
  • Support implementation of regional HR initiatives, policies and process improvements at site level.
  • Participate in HR projects, employee activities, job fairs and local engagement initiatives when needed.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in an HR generalist, HR operations, HR administration or payroll-related role.
  • Solid understanding of Czech labour law and HR administration processes.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, production or operational environment, which would be a strong advantage.
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to work with workforce data, reports and KPIs.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ownership of administrative processes.
  • Very good organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at the same time.
  • Confidence in supporting managers and employees in daily HR matters.
  • Fluent Czech and good command of English (B2).
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with HR systems or HRIS tools would be an advantage ( Success Factors / Alveno).
  • A collaborative, service-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
