Your Mission:

• You learn while working on real projects. Independence, responsibility and trust are the things you will get from the very start and that is what our former trainees have told us they value a lot in Bel.
• You are given the opportunity to start managing packaging and product and you will also see how communication is created and managed. You will meet and work with our external communication agencies.
• You will become a knowledgeable corporate person while you get to master processes and ways of work in an international company.
• You will learn while doing with your boss about internal exchange of marketing and sales, marketing and logistics, trade marketing, finance and foreign distribution.
• You will have at your disposal a vast information on the Central Team strategy for our international brands.

Our Expectations:

• Preferred University student in Economics, Marketing or related field or fresh graduate or 1st year of working experience
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Diligence and consistency
• Active, creative and ambitious personality
• Strong drive, a ‘can do’ attitude, solution-oriented, open-minded
• Structured, able to handle parallelly running, various projects in a timely manner, already have a grasp of priority setting
• Team player, but also ability to work independently
• MS Office
• English language min. B2
• Czech language min. C1/C2
