The Data Processor plays an essential administrative role in supporting the VAT and ED teams. This position contributes directly to the achievement of BU Tax objectives by ensuring accurate data processing, consistent results, and effective collaboration across teams.

The core responsibilities of this role are the daily upload and processing of data and documents into the EW ERP system. Accuracy, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication are key.

Job requirements

• Minimum Secondary school, preferably in accounting or economics
• Strong numerical skills
• Active user of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Basic knowledge of English

Job responsibilities

• Processing of Documentsfor VAT and ED refund
• Collect, upload, and processfiscal documents, confirming receipts
• Record data daily into the EW ERP system dedicated to Tax Refund
• Process data in accordance with internal procedures, including data validation and verification
• Forward processed fiscal and related documents to the VAT team without delay
• Handle fiscal documents for pre-defined countries or for “Smart Tax Refund”
• Check invoices according to MSR requirements, verifying key invoice details (e.g. supplier, client, invoice no., issue date, VAT rate, amounts, product description, vehicle plate number, etc.)
• Attach require PDF documents to each record
• Return ineligible documents or documents from unsupported countries

• Report any irregularities or missing data to the TL
• Participates in education and personnel development within job title according to the development plan agreed with line manager
• Be continuously educated and obtain the latest information within his field and to the extent of the work performed.
