What You Will Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from intake briefing, sourcing strategy, job posting, candidate approach, screening, interview coordination, selection support, offer management, and handover to onboarding.

• Actively source qualified active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, talent databases, referrals, job boards and market mapping.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for B2B wholesale, sales, key account management, procurement, logistics, operations, technical, and corporate functions across relevant EMEA markets.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, clarify success profiles, challenge assumptions, and translate business needs into effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.

• Support strategic and senior-level searches, including potential Managing Director recruitment for Solar Trade legal entities below the Holding level, by coordinating search approaches, briefing stakeholders, and collaborating with internal and external search partners.

• Advise stakeholders on talent market trends, candidate availability, compensation expectations, competitive hiring practices, and realistic hiring timelines.

• Manage recruitment data, applicant tracking system documentation, pipeline reporting, and recruitment KPIs to support data-driven hiring decisions.

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, job advertisement quality, recruitment marketing, referral activities, and consistent communication of the employee value proposition.

• Design, implement, and continuously improve strategic recruiting processes for Solar Trade across all country entities, including process standards, best-practice sharing, recruitment playbooks, and scalable sourcing approaches.

• Report directly to the Head of HR, Solar Trade EMEA, supporting strategic decisionmaking through datadriven recruiting insights.

Your Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, executive search, or recruitment consulting, ideally in an international or matrix organization.

• Proven experience recruiting for B2B wholesale, distribution, commercial, sales, procurement, logistics, operations, or comparable business environments.

• Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-find specialist and commercial roles through active sourcing and direct candidate approach.

• Advanced ability to build sourcing strategies for different markets, countries, functions, and seniority levels.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholdermanagement skills in both English and German, enabling effective collaboration across all organizational levels.

• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in crossfunctional, multicultural, and remote teams.

• High level of service orientation, reliability, discretion, and ownership throughout the recruitment process.

• Acts as a senior individual contributor with strong ownership, self-organization, and the ability to manage several recruitment projects in parallel.

• Strong digital affinity and handson experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rexx).
