Carclo Technical Plastics is a global manufacturer of precision injection moulded plastic components, delivering high-quality solutions for the medical, diagnostics and technical industries. We are currently looking for a part-time team member to join our global team, supporting our business across the United States. After completing your onboarding and training, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely from home.

Finance - Accounts & Reporting

What You'll Do

• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
• Maintain and improve financial reporting tools (using tools like Power BI, Excel models, …).
• Design, develop, and maintain automated financial reports
• Build and optimize data models to support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather data and ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and post daily, monthly, and ad-hoc journal entries in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising accuracy.
• Maintain clear, organized records to support audits and compliance requirements.

What You'll Bring

• A University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in English
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel and familiarity with ERP
• Good knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS).
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
