We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a strong sense of responsibility and a genuine interest in fraud prevention and investigation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, can identify patterns and anomalies, and is able to make logical decisions based on available information.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor transactions to detect fraudulent activities and minimize risks
• Investigate suspicious transactions and manage fraud cases
• Manage and resolve requests, tasks, and complaints within the ticketing system (Jira) in line with defined scope, quality standards, and SLA requirements
• Cooperate with internal teams and external entities, including FICFIB (Fuel Industry Card Fraud Investigation Bureau, under Europol)
• Collaborate with local branches across the EU on fraud detection and prevention initiatives
• Prepare documentation and responses for law enforcement authorities (police)
• Handle and resolve client complaints related to fraud cases
• Perform operational activities related to VISA cards
• Support card management activities, including product and service administration
• Contribute to achieving company OKRs and comply with SLA targets
• Maintain relevant documentation and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures

What You'll Bring:

• Fluent Czech, English proficiency at B2 level
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to see connections between different pieces of information and draw reasonable conclusions
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work morning and afternoon shifts
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced business environment
