As a Technical Support Engineer, you will develop into a technical expert for several industrial automation product lines. Working closely with Sales Engineers, you will support customers and colleagues by answering technical questions, resolving product issues, and delivering training. You will also help introduce new products to the market by sharing your expertise and supporting customer adoption.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer looking to develop technical expertise in a high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and colleagues regarding product specifications, product capabilities, and troubleshooting via email, phone, video calls, and in-person meetings
• Deliver technical training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and support content
• Support new product launches by sharing technical expertise and conducting on-site training as part of our go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer experience

What We Are Looking For

• Technical high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
• Fluency in Czech (C2 level) and English (business proficiency)
• Valid driver's license and confidence driving regularly
• Willingness to travel for customer and partner visits
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for learning and developing within a high-tech environment
