Generals:

1． Maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new customer relationships.

2． Promote credit business, deposit products, trade financing and other related businesses of CBD.

3． Strengthen credit and compliance risk management to make sure the quality of the clients and business in line with Bank of China’s risk appetite.

4． Achieve the KPI target of corporate and financial institution customer as supervised by the Head.

Details:

1. Conduct high-level market research, maintain knowledge of market, business trends, customer demands, and write business analysis report.

2. Establish connection with target clients, develop new clients and promote the Branch’s credit business, deposit products, trade financing and other related businesses of CBD,

3. Maintain good relationship with existing clients through continuous contact, know clients’ demand and study the feasibility of satisfying their demands.

4. Enhance customer relationships, key customer marketing and cross-selling.

5. Perform credit analysis and due diligence for both new credit need and the subsequent change, write credit proposal report, and participate the credit appraisal procedures.

6. Perform AML/CFT customer on-boarding due diligence and ongoing review to ensure to comply with applicable internal and external regulations.

7. Perform asset classification, credit rating review, asset inventory review, post-lending report and any other required post-lending duties.

8. Perform credit documentation filing and data input or update in the CCMS and other business system.

9. Other related tasks assigned by Head of CBD.
