For our client, an international organization, we are looking for a motivated professional to join their team as a Supply Chain Specialist.

Location: Prague

Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract

Start Date: September 1, 2026

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Support daily operational and planning activities within the supply chain function.
• Collaborate with various business teams to ensure efficient coordination across operational processes.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support planning, inventory management, and business decision-making.
• Monitor operational performance, identify trends and assist in resolving process-related issues.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
• Support process documentation and continuous improvement activities.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational standards and best practices.

Your Profile:

• Professional working proficiency in English (C1 level).
• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, operations or a similar analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with ERP, planning or other business systems is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Experience within a regulated industry is considered a plus.
