On behalf of our client, a well-established international company operating in the professional services sector, we are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process.
• Issue and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Perform cash allocation and reconciliation of incoming payments.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and investigate customer account issues.
• Maintain customer master data and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare AR aging reports and support cash flow forecasting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Reconcile AR accounts and General Ledger balances.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Billing and other business teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or Accounting role ( 2+ years preferred ).
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems ( SAP is an advantage ).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Czech and English at a communicative level ( B2+ ); additional European languages are an advantage.
