YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Financial Specialist for Lease Administration is responsible for the complete administrative, contractual, and financial processing of the leasing activities within the real estate portfolio. This includes lease contract registration, invoicing, rent indexations, service charge administration, turnover reporting, receivables support, and financial reporting.
The objective is to provide management with accurate, timely, and complete real estate and financial information at all times to enable effective steering and control.
- Administration of shopping center tenant lease agreements in SAP S/4HANA (RE and FI modules).
- Participation in the preparation of lease agreements in cooperation with the Legal and Commercial teams.
- Ensuring rent invoicing for shopping center tenants in SAP S/4HANA.
- Management of the accounts receivable portfolio.
- Service charge reconciliation and cost settlements.
- Allocation and reconciliation of incoming payments.
- Bank guarantees management.
- Reporting and preparation of supporting documents for budgeting and financial closing.
- Participation in internal meetings.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES YOU WILL USE AND DEVELOP
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics
- Experience within property management, commercial real estate, or contract administration is strongly preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate administration, finance, rental administration, or property management.
- Experience with SAP or other real estate ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong numerical insight and analytical skills.
- Fluent English.
- Dutch is an advantage.
- Excellent skills in Excel and financial reporting tools.
