Required Experience and Skills:

  • Candidates should have approximately 6 months or more of relevant experience in coordination, administration, vendor management support, project support, consulting support, or similar roles.
  • Experience working with vendors and multiple stakeholders is required.
  • The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to coordinate activities involving multiple people, and confidence in managing schedules, meetings, and administrative processes.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous exposure to cybersecurity-related projects or compliance initiatives.
  • Experience supporting vendor management activities.
  • Experience coordinating larger groups of people, stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, or event participants.
  • Student candidates, as well as candidates currently on maternity leave or paternity leave, are welcome to apply if they meet the required criteria.
