What will be your responsibilities?

• Design, develop, and deploy data-driven features that enhance the customer omnichannel journey, improve personalization, and optimize the overall digital and retail experience
• Build solutions AI-first — use coding agents and LLMs as a standard part of the development workflow to prototype faster, generate and review code, and shorten the path from idea to production
• Apply LLMs inside analytical products themselves: automated insight generation, product and content tagging, recommendation and personalization logic
• Visualize results that clearly communicates findings to stakeholders at all levels
• Work with the latest technology stack: Azure, Databricks, PySpark, and latest AI tooling
• Keep humans in the loop — validate model and agent output, and uphold data governance standards
• Make a tangible impact on the shopping experience of millions of customers

What do we expect from you?

• Enthusiastic Data Scientist willing to support largest pharmacy retailer on its data-driven strategy
• Previous relevant experience in a similar position is more than welcome
• Being familiar with some of these technologies: Azure, Databricks, PySpark, SQL, Power BI etc.
• Ability to work independently and keep timelines
• Ability to manage complexity, attention to details
• Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English
