About the Role

• A Product Owner is required to drive the roadmap, backlog, priorities, and business value of a strategic Business Systems Ecosystem. The role combines Product Ownership and Senior Business Analysis responsibilities, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and Digital & Technology teams.
• The successful candidate will work with an internally developed platform and help shape its future development while ensuring business requirements are translated into clear product deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, vision, and backlog
• Gather and translate business requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
• Facilitate workshops and align priorities across stakeholders
• Support Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, UAT, and Release Planning
• Drive product adoption, KPI tracking, and business outcomes
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, architects, analysts, and project managers

Requirements

• 2+ years of Product Owner experience OR 4-5 years as a Senior Business Analyst with strong Product Ownership exposure
• Experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs
• Strong Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with Azure DevOps, APIs, integrations, and UAT
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent Czech and English
• Confident, proactive personality with the ability to challenge stakeholders when needed

Nice to Have

• Insurance or financial services background
• Experience with CRM, customer portals, retention platforms, or AI-enabled solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
