Our client is an international company specializing in logistics and supply chain management, working as a neutral coordinator that plans and optimizes transport networks for businesses across various industries. They are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Pilsen.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and growing an international team of logistics professionals
• Making sure daily transport operations run smoothly for clients
• Handling unexpected issues and disruptions quickly to keep customers satisfied
• Staying in regular contact with clients, keeping them updated on how things are progressing
• Tracking costs and performance across the logistics network
• Using data to spot opportunities for improvement and driving those changes forward
• Contributing to broader company-wide improvement initiatives

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on experience in transportation or logistics planning
• At least 2 years in a people-leadership role, ideally growing and developing a team
• Confident with enterprise IT systems and MS Office
• Strong English skills, German or French is a nice bonus
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a structured way of tackling problems
• Comfortable adapting to new situations, including busy peak periods
