What you’ll do
As QA Automation Engineer, you’ll build and develop our automation framework in Flutter and ensure the highest quality of coding from design through CI/CD.
Advancing our automation framework: You’ll take charge of our automation strategy, speed up the testing process, and take our entire QA automation efforts to the next level.
Expanding the suite of automated tests: Your main focus will be writing and maintaining robust automated tests in Flutter based on our existing framework.
Maintaining quality standards: You’ll manage our test scenarios, integrate automated checks into the CI/CD pipeline, and ensure that regressions never make it to production.
Collaborate within and outside the team: You’ll work closely with the development team at our Prague office, which will ensure quick decision-making and smooth development.
Think independently: We expect you to figure out how to automate a given feature on your own-creativity, drive, and speed are key for this role.
Your experience and skills
Proven experience with QA automation: Practical, hands-on experience with automation tools (ideally Flutter, Playwright, or similar) and a desire to build scalable test suites.
Proactivity and speed: A strong work ethic, a willingness to take full responsibility, and the ability to move things forward quickly.
Effective use of AI tools: You view AI as a partner that helps you eliminate routine tasks and speed up your work. At the same time, you’re aware of the risks and approach the results critically-functionality and security are priorities.
Working from the Prague office: We don’t expect a fully on-site setup, but rather a hybrid work model. In-person presence at the Prague office is necessary for effective coordination between teams and the swift completion of projects.
Communicative level of English.
Czech or Slovak at C2 level.
