O pozici

Pracovní nabídka

Looking for a role where you can use English every day, learn new things and work with people who genuinely support each other?
Our Assessment Delivery team at Korn Ferry is looking for a new colleague. We support clients across the globe, and this time we are hiring someone who could join either our EMEA or our Americas team.
Which one? You don't need to decide before you apply. Together, we'll look at your preferences, language skills and strengths and find the team where you are most likely to thrive.

What will you be doing?

  • You'll work with Korn Ferry's online platforms and support clients using our products in areas such as talent, leadership, emotional intelligence and workplace climate.
  • You'll set up access to applications, work with data collection and prepare final outputs for our clients.
  • You'll communicate in English every day with clients and colleagues - mostly via email, but also through MS Teams and phone.
  • As you gain experience, you'll take ownership of your own clients and may get involved in special projects.
  • This is not a sales role. Your job is to make sure our clients get the products and services they've purchased and have a great experience along the way.

EMEA or Americas?
EMEA team - You'll mainly support clients and colleagues across Europe. If you speak French, Spanish or another European language in addition to English, that's something you may get the opportunity to use.

Americas team - You'll mainly work with clients across North and South America and usually work afternoon shifts from 2 pm to 10 pm. You'll receive an additional CZK 300 bonus for every afternoon shift worked.

Another language is a bonus, not a requirement. What matters most to us is your English, your approach to work and finding the team that is the best match for you.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • are confident communicating in English, including on phone or Teams calls,
  • pay attention to detail and like getting things right,
  • feel comfortable with technology and learning new systems,
  • can work independently while still being a real team player,
  • enjoy solving problems and helping people.
  • Speaking another language is definitely a plus - but it isn't a must-have.
  • Recently graduated or haven't worked in a similar role before? That's absolutely fine. We're interested in your potential and willingness to learn, and we'll teach you all you need to know.

What's in it for you?

  • 25 days / 5 weeks of vacation
  • 5 sick days - that is 30 days off in total
  • a hybrid working model – up to 80% of work can be done from home office
  • meal allowance
  • refreshments at the office - coffee, tea, hot chocolate and a regular supply of fruit
  • language lessons in small groups
  • a friendly and supportive team
  • an informal working environment
  • for the Americas team, an additional CZK 300 for every afternoon shift worked

Your first contract will be for one year, but if we're both happy, we're looking for this to become a long-term partnership.
Sound like your kind of role?
You don't need to know whether you're Team EMEA or Team Americas before applying. Send us your CV and we'll figure out together which option is the best match for you.

And one thing you can count on: everyone who applies will hear back from us.
We look forward to meeting you!
