What will be your responsibilities?

• Contribute to the management and optimization of the Dr. Max Own Label portfolio through product performance monitoring and portfolio analysis
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and support commercial decision-making
• Assist in evaluating new product concepts and business opportunities within strategic product categories
• Support supplier management and sourcing activities, including market research and quotation processes
• Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of product and supplier information within internal systems and databases
• Support the preparation of business cases, reports, presentations, and other analytical materials

What do we expect from you?

• Previous relevant experience on a similar position at least 2 years. Or enthusiastic graduates are also welcome!
• Analytical thinking and a genuine interest in understanding commercial performance, market trends, and consumer needs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to manage, structure, and analyse data
• Interest in leveraging digital and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, support decision-making, and enhance day-to-day work processes
• Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English
