What to expect:

  • Maintenance of an existing test configuration (CANoe)
  • Commissioning of measurement equipment in vehicles used as test carriers (flashing software versions, adapting codings, etc.) (CANoe + ODIS)
  • Execution of vehicle tests according to defined test catalogs
  • Analysis of test results and preparation of test reports (CANape, CANoe)
  • Documentation and analysis of issues using defect tickets (KPM, JIRA) as well as process tracking including effectiveness verification
  • Timely creation and maintenance of FuRe release protocols
  • Preparation of documentation on functional status
  • Participation in meetings in Mladá Boleslav (availability between 08:00 and 17:30 CET required)

What you bring:

  • A completed degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering, or a comparable qualification, alternatively a technician certification
  • Strong enthusiasm for automotive technology, ideally with a solid system understanding of combustion, hybrid, and electric vehicles on the MQB platform
  • Existing qualifications as a vehicle tester; willingness to obtain a prototype driving license if not already available
  • Sound knowledge in the areas of 12V vehicle electrical systems, 12V consumers, energy management, measurement technology, and vehicle networking
  • Practical experience in vehicle testing environments
  • Experience in vehicle diagnostics using ODIS and familiarity with CANoe / CANapeStrong analytical thinking and quick comprehension skills
  • Good communication skills as well as an agile, independent, and reliable way of working
  • Good command of English (at a minimum level B1), Good command of German (at a minimum level B1), and Czech (at a minimum level A2).
