What to expect:

• Executing and analyzing network and diagnostic tests for existing and future vehicle projects in the automotive environment
• Developing and enhancing customer-specific test environments and test specifications
• Coordinating test activities and test executions across different locations and teams
• Documenting test procedures, results, and related activities in a structured manner
• Acting as a contact person for customers and internal stakeholders regarding requirements, test planning, and test activities
• Collaborating closely with development and project teams in an international environment
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methods

What you bring:

• Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field
• Experience in testing automotive bus systems and communication protocols is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with Vector tools such as CANoe, CAPL, and CANalyzer
• Experience working with international and cross-functional teams.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a structured and proactive approach to work
• Very good knowledge of Czech (at least level C1)
• Good command of English (at a minimum level B1)
• German language skills are a plus
• Willingness to work regularly on-site in Mladá Boleslav.
