Responsibilities:

• Budgeting, forecasting & reporting agenda related to all relevant segments – Construction, Property & Energy, Overhead (including controlling related Budget + PO agenda)
• Preparing and analysis of key company KPIs and metrics related to all relevant segments
• Cooperation with Group consolidation team on controlling & reconciliation of data for valuations, monthly closing & P&L reporting
• Cooperation with Group controlling team on alignment & reconciliation of data, KPI & P&L reports and their methodology
• Supporting other teams by producing reports & analysis helping achieve company targets
• Participating on changes of agenda assigned to increase efficiency and/or in connection to new systems implementation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in in construction budget preparation
• Fluency in English and Czech
• Expert Excel Skills
• Big ERP system knowledge
