Key Responsibilities

Procurement :

  • Responsible for optimizing and maintaining the Keyloop Legal & Compliance (L&C) process for supporting Procurement activity, including ownership of standard Keyloop purchasing template agreements, the publication of internal guidance, the provision of training and the maintenance of the procurement legal playbook for direct and indirect sourcing.
  • Ensure the Keyloop Procurement team is supported within agreed financial FY plans.

Finance:

  • Responsible for managing all intra-group services agreements at the direction of the Tax Director.
  • Responsible for managing Keyloop’s registered trademark portfolio.
  • Responsible for litigation accrual engagement with Finance and maintaining the L&C team process for recording and tracking litigation for these purposes.
  • Support Treasury with any facility and working capital arrangements.
  • Cosec – responsible for all Keyloop group company administration requirements including the management of our company secretarial service provider.
  • Co-ordinate the provision of legal support from external counsel for HR and Facilities.
  • Support Finance with debt collection and customer claims including early termination settlements.
  • Responsible for legal resource planning for the Procurement & Finance teams including management of external spend in line with L&C FY plans.

Skills & Experience :

  • Qualified solicitor, preferably UK qualified.
  • Excellent drafting skills.
  • Sound knowledge of the key principles and risks associated with the provision of technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate legal principles into simple, practical guidance.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating supplier agreements and ability to outline the key risk areas associated with the same.
  • Experience assessing litigation accruals and the key considerations when doing so.
  • Experience of supporting the Finance and Procurement function of a global business preferable.
  • Experience working within a global in-house legal team preferable.
