HRIS CONSULTANT (SUCCESS FACTORS)

Are you a tech-savvy HR professional with a passion for optimizing systems and enhancing the end-user experience? Do you have a proven track record of successful SuccessFactors implementations and want to take the lead in reinstalling and fine-tuning our HR landscape? Then keep reading.

How you will contribute

• Lead the reinstallation, configuration and continuous optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
• Manage end-to-end implementations and reimplementations of modules such as Learning Management (LMS), Onboarding, Recruitment and Compensation.
• Drive the enhancement, maintenance and optimization of core modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Compensation).
• Act as the bridge between technical system configuration and everyday HR operations, keeping the platform technically sound and highly user-friendly.
• Analyze current HR processes, identify bottlenecks and translate them into effective, streamlined system workflows.
• Provide advanced technical troubleshooting, system maintenance and HRIS architecture guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system adoption, including training and support for HR teams and end-users.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful SuccessFactors implementations and reimplementations, platform optimization and process redesign; hands-on maintenance and optimization of Employee Central, Recruitment and Compensation (launching Learning Management and Onboarding highly preferred)
• Experience with HRIS Systems and Human Resources Business Processes
• Project management and process optimization
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• English language – advanced and Czech language skills are highly beneficial
• Deep technical knowledge of HRIS architecture combined with a strong user-oriented mindset and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users
