Pracovní nabídka

What is the trainee program?

The program is designed for young potentials who recently graduated or only have a small working experience and have a technical food background.

The program takes about 2 years, where you will learn & develop various skills at a fast rate. You will work on various assignments on the different products in the portfolio, expanding your knowledge fast.

You remain based in your Kladno factory (no relocation needed), but you will be traveling to other sites (in line with your projects). You can plan your travels yourselves and travel expenses are covered.

In essence, this is a unique opportunity to learn at a fast pace the technological aspects of (sweet) bakery and develop yourself, whilst traveling in Europe and exploring the LLBG network

What does a traineeship look like?

A traineeship lasts approximately 2 years and is composed of several assignments:

  • Explore the product groups: Bakery, Donuts, Viennoiserie (sweet pastry), or savory.
  • Projects-based: Be able to support, participate & lead projects.
  • The projects will ensure growth & will support the LLBG business (projects across LLBG plants & teams)
  • Reporting to the Technology Learning Manager
  • After each assignment and at the closure of the traineeship, we expect a formal closure of the assignment/traineeship, while you present what you’ve accomplished & learned.

After the traineeship, you will be ready for a Technologist function in our plant in KLADNO, therefore you must be fluent in Czech language.

Your profile:

  • Degree in Food Technology or a related field
  • You must speak fluent Czech, this is a must in order to communicate with our production staff
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Curious, hands-on, and eager-to-learn mindset
  • Entrepreneurial attitude — ownership, independence, and passion for food
  • Willingness to travel and work internationally
  • 1–2 years of experience in the food industry is an advantage
  • you are an active driver

Our Offer:

  • A steep learning curve, an intensive way of learning on a broad range of skills & knowledge.
  • An intensive onboarding process, consisting out of a full training package.
  • Technological skills on the various LLBG products (bread, Viennoiserie, donuts) & industrial lines.
  • LLBG Values in application
  • Way of working in LLBG: new product development flow, line start-ups, way of working in LLBG (ID cards, systems, test-design, …)
  • Professional skills such as project mgmt., international collaboration, English, …
  • Professional guidance so you will grow fast.
  • During each assignment, you’re supported by an assignment lead who will help & guide you.
  • During the full program, you’re coached by the Technology Learning Manager, as your fixed manager for 2 years
  • Various balanced assignments, to learn all these skills. The last assignment(s) will be on your site, to smoothen the transition towards the local team.
  • The funding to follow an external Bakers’ course, to learn the craftsmanship.

These learnings will be achieved by formal internal/external training, via shadowing, learning on-the-go or self-study.

This path will prepare you very well for a role as a local technologist in your site.

Please send us CV and cover letter in English.
