Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct time studies for production processes and operations using stopwatch or appropriate time-study techniques.
Observe and record cycle times, process elements, delays, and operator activities accurately.
Calculate allowances, performance ratings, and standard minute values where applicable.
Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks, productivity losses, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare time-study reports, process sheets, and productivity-related reports.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to understand process requirements.
Maintain routing in system.

Qualification and Education Requirements:
B.E./Diploma (Mechanical/production
Experience:
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of experience may apply.
Knowledge of Fabrication and Gear Assembly.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations.
Strong communication
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic data analysis.
Understanding of time study, work measurement, and productivity concepts
Preferred Skills / Special Skills:
Good analytical and observation skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of Time Study, Work Measurement, Line Balancing, and Standard Time calculation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on the shop floor and interact with operators and supervisors.
Willingness to learn industrial engineering tools and methodologies.
Ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
