We are looking for a Bank Statement Processor to join our office in Prague or Dačice!

Job requirements

• Accounting knowledge needed
• Good numerical and communication skills
• Intermediate level of business English
• Microsoft Office literacy (Excel knowledge – Vlookup, Pivot table)
• SAP knowledge and previous experience needed, Navision system knowledge would be an advantage
• Sense of Accuracy, focus on detail, initiative
• Problem solving skills and a “team player” attitude
• Task ownership/independence, logical thinking

Job responsibilities

• Processing EW bank statements and payment advices within our accounting systems SAP ERP, could be partially in NAV16)
• Use bank apps Multicash and Citi direct - to download payment confirmation or bank statement
• Responsible for cleansing of technical accounts (Outgoing payments, incoming payments, cash in transit, unsettled payments..)
• Booking IC company loans, club financing, cash pooling and other internal money transfer
• Delivering monthly reconciliation on bank accounts
• Close cooperation with internal Money collection teams (process JIRA tickets, making correction on allocated payments)
• Providing payment confirmations to our internal teams
• Participating on related internal/external audit requests
• Working in line with AP/AR/GL processes and supporting the teams
• Proactively solving issues which occur during day-to-day routine
