Our client is a successful and growing real estate development company with a strong portfolio of development projects. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will take ownership of major projects and coordinate the entire development process – from early-stage planning and design through permitting, construction and successful handover.

THE ROLE

• Leading projects throughout the entire development lifecycle
• Managing external architects, designers, engineers, consultants and construction partners
• Coordinating project design, technical preparation and permitting processes
• Managing project budgets, schedules, risks and quality
• Preparing and monitoring project plans, milestones and key deliverables
• Coordinating communication between internal stakeholders, authorities, consultants and contractors
• Reviewing technical and commercial aspects of projects and identifying potential risks
• Supporting tendering and contractor selection processes
• Supervising construction preparation and implementation
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a strong project professional who combines technical expertise, project management skills and a solid understanding of real estate development.

• Experience in project management within real estate, construction, development or engineering
• Experience managing complex projects from design/preparation through implementation
• Strong understanding of construction and technical documentation
• Experience working with architects, designers, engineers and contractors
• Strong financial and project-management skills, including budget and schedule management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent Czech/ Slovak and good command of English
