About the Role
As Warehouse Coordinator DACH, you will play a key role in supporting the successful operation of Reckitt's new DACH warehouse in Klášterec, Czech Republic. Working closely with our 3PL partner and internal stakeholders across the Czech Republic and Germany, you will ensure smooth warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and efficient inbound, outbound, and value-added service activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site coordinator between Reckitt, the 3PL provider, and internal teams.
• Support warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and efficient storage utilization.
• Coordinate cycle counts, batch releases, quarantine stock management, and obsolete inventory disposal.
• Manage inbound and outbound activities, including time slot coordination, shipment consolidation, and load optimization.
• Monitor warehouse and transport performance, identify service issues, and support timely resolution.
• Coordinate value-added services (VAS), ensuring production orders are delivered on time and in full.
• Support quality, compliance, health and safety standards, as well as internal and external audits.
• Review and analyze operational KPIs, prepare reports, and support root-cause investigations.
• Build effective partnerships with the 3PL provider and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support warehouse go-live activities and ramp-up operations for the DACH network.

Skills for Success

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, transport, or supply chain operations, ideally within FMCG or a similar environment.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, logistics service providers, or 3PL partners.
• Good understanding of warehouse, inventory, and transport processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Knowledge of dangerous goods and customs processes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and Czech; German is an advantage.
• Experience with Blue Yonder, OTM, or similar WMS/TMS solutions is a plus.
