About the Role:
This role oversees the performance and operations of the 3PL warehouse, ensuring efficient management of inbound, outbound, inventory, and value-added services while maintaining high standards of service, quality, safety, and compliance. As the key liaison between the 3PL provider and internal stakeholders, the position drives operational excellence, issue resolution, KPI performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between Reckitt and the 3PL provider.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and value-added services (VAS).
- Monitor operational performance and ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate warehouse activities with internal stakeholders, transport providers, and the German logistics team.
- Drive inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and efficient warehouse space utilization.
- Support issue resolution, risk management, and service recovery for operational disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and audit requirements.
- Analyze warehouse performance, identify improvement opportunities, and lead corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, efficiency, and cost performance.
Skills for Success
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, transport, or supply chain operations, ideally within FMCG.
- Experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and transport processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP (or similar ERP), WMS, and transport management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English and Czech; German is an advantage.
