We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer / Software Tester to join our team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise-grade solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform.

You will work closely with developers, architects, business analysts, and customers in the industrial sector, participating throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle. The role combines manual testing, automated testing, API testing, and quality assurance process improvements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building robust testing frameworks and who is interested in growing towards AI-driven testing and intelligent test automation.

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing

• Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate business processes and workflows implemented within Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects.
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently

Test Automation

• Develop and maintain automated end-to-end tests using Playwright.
• Identify testing scenarios suitable for automation.
• Improve automation coverage and testing efficiency.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in defining and improving QA best practices.
• Power Platform Testing

Test solutions built with:

• Power Apps Model-Driven Applications
• Power Apps Canvas Applications
• Power Automate Flows
• Microsoft Dataverse
• Verify business logic, security roles, integrations, and user experience.
• Support testing activities across Development, UAT, and Production release cycles.

Perform API testing using:

• Swagger / OpenAPI
• Postman
• Create and execute API test scenarios.
• Validate integrations between Power Platform, external systems, and enterprise services.
• Analyze API responses and troubleshoot integration issues.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to QA standards, methodologies, and documentation.
• Support release validation and regression testing.
• Stay current with modern testing tools and practices.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI for smarter and more efficient testing.

Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong experience with manual testing methodologies.
• Experience creating:
• Test strategies
• Test plans
• Test scenarios
• Test cases
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for test automation.
• Experience with Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Understanding of API testing concepts and REST services.
• Experience with defect tracking systems (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar).

Power Platform Experience

• Power Apps Model-Driven Apps
• Power Apps Canvas Apps
• Power Automate Flows
• Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform architecture.
• Experience validating business processes and enterprise workflows.

• ISTQB certification.
