GROUP HEAD OF OPERATIONS & TRANSFORMATION

We are looking for an experienced Group Head of Operations & Transformation to build and develop the operational backbone of a growing European holding operating across multiple countries. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on senior leader who will design and implement the Group operating model, establish scalable processes and governance, and create a consistent way of working across European markets.

If you are an experienced operations / processes or transformation leader who enjoys building structure where there is complexity, creating scalable processes and turning strategy into execution, we would like to hear from you.

THE ROLE

• Designing and implementing a scalable Group operating model across European markets
• Mapping, redesigning and standardising key business processes across countries
• Establishing clear roles, responsibilities, decision-making structures and governance
• Creating Group-wide operational standards, policies and procedures
• Identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing improvements
• Developing effective management reporting, KPIs and performance-management processes
• Supporting the integration of new countries, companies and businesses into the Group
• Creating frameworks that allow local businesses to operate efficiently while maintaining appropriate Group control
• Leading cross-border operational and transformation projects
• Building the infrastructure required to support future growth and acquisitions
• Working with local management teams to implement Group processes and standards
• Driving automation, digitalisation and data-driven ways of working
• Establishing continuous improvement methodologies across the organisation

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience designing and implementing operating models and business processes
• Experience working across multiple countries and culture
• Strong understanding of governance, organisational structures and performance management
• Experience with post-merger integration, M&A integration or scaling organisations is a strong advantage
• Strong project and change-management capabilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate strategy into practical implementation
• Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills
• Commercial mindset and strong business understanding
• Fluent Czech / Slovak and English
