About the Role

An experienced DevOps Engineer is required to support the deployment, automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology platforms running in Microsoft Azure.

The role focuses on Azure cloud operations, CI/CD, platform reliability, infrastructure automation, and support of business-critical systems, including data platforms, integrations, API services, and enterprise applications. This is primarily an operational and delivery-focused position rather than an architecture role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Azure infrastructure and platform services, including Azure App Services, Function Apps, AKS, Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, Service Bus, and Logic Apps.
• Build, maintain, and improve Azure DevOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, deployment automation, and release management practices across multiple environments.
• Support enterprise platforms and services through monitoring, troubleshooting, incident investigation, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and operational maintenance.
• Maintain Azure Monitor, Application Insights, dashboards, alerts, and operational reporting to improve platform reliability and observability.
• Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Infrastructure as Code practices while supporting secure cloud operations and compliance requirements.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, Platform Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and MySQL
• Experience with Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Strong PowerShell and/or Azure CLI scripting skills.
• Experience with Git and source control.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or similar technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of cloud security principles.
• Professional English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Azure certifications.
• Kubernetes / AKS experience.
• Azure API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, or Microsoft Entra ID experience.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, financial, payment, or data platform environments
• ITIL knowledge and Agile delivery experience.
