Do you speak excellent French? Do you have experience in IT technical support? Do you enjoy communicating with people and working as part of a team? Then we are looking for you.

We are looking for a new colleague to join our international customer service department. The position is fully remote and available for immediate start.

This is not a standard call-centre role. It is customer support for one of our largest clients.

What you will do

• Communicating with clients by phone on an inbound line on business days
• Processing customer requests in the internal system
• Resolving standard client service situations
• Communicating with clients from the EMEA region

Language requirements

• French at minimum C1 level, used actively

What we expect from you

• Strong communication skills, empathy and a genuine willingness to handle requests by phone and through a helpdesk tool
• Basic IT knowledge. You do not need to be an IT specialist - we will teach you the necessary IT hard skills
• Experience in IT technical support is an advantage
• User-level PC skills, including MS Office
