Do you speak excellent English? Do you have experience in IT technical support? Do you enjoy communicating with people and working as part of a team? Then we are looking for you.
We are looking for a new colleague to join our international customer service department. The position is fully remote and available for immediate start.
This is not a standard call-centre role. It is customer support for one of our largest clients.
What you will do
- Communicating with clients by phone on an inbound line on business days from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Processing customer requests in the internal system
- Resolving standard client service situations
- Communicating with clients from the North America region
Language requirements
- English at minimum C1 level, used actively
What we expect from you
- A pleasant manner, a positive attitude towards customers and strong communication skills
- Basic L0 support skills related to workstation administration and setup
- Experience in IT technical support
- User-level PC skills, including MS Office
