Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the flow of material resources and related information to cover complete end-to-end warehouse operations. The role ensures the optimum supply of raw materials to the production floor while maintaining accurate inventory levels in accordance with business requirements and the Quality Management System.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material flow, and shipping.
• Ensure optimal raw material supply to production and maintain accurate inventory levels in line with Quality Management System requirements.
• Lead, develop, and schedule warehouse personnel to meet operational objectives.
• Monitor warehouse performance, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and inventory management to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate physical inventories and support inventory accuracy across all company functions.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Act as SAP Key User and ensure effective utilization of WMS and warehouse-related systems.

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Leader in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with end-to-end warehouse operations and inventory management
• SAP Key User experience
• Strong knowledge of MRP processes
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• People management and team leadership experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of inventory control and physical inventory processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Both Czech and English language proficiency required
