About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Reporting & Accounting Specialist to join a global healthcare company.

You key performance includes accurate financial reporting, providing regular closing activities with exposure to finance transformation projects.

The position is based in Prague and is structured as a 75% part-time role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with CZ/SK GAAP
• Perform general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, accruals, provisions and journal entries.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities including Product Margin Reporting, and perform Balance Sheet Review
• Maintain and validate financial data in SAP.
• Support financial consolidation (IFSR) and group reporting.
• Provide backup support for selected O2C activities, including bank statements, payments and customer communication.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in an international environment

Who are we looking for?

• Ideally 2-3 years of experience in local financial accounting
• Good understanding of financial reporting principles according to IFRS
• Experience with month-end closing and balance sheet activities.
• Experience with SAP is huge advantage
• Good Excel skills and ability to work with financial data.
• Understanding of internal controls and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured approach.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Very good Czech and English communication skills.
