What will be your responsibilities?

• Managing and monitoring overdue accounts receivable across multiple group companies
• Communicating with customers and internal teams in English and Czech
• Handling payment reminders and follow-up communication regarding outstanding invoices
• Analysing and categorizing receivables, preparing regular overviews and reports
• Investigating and resolving payment-related issues in cooperation with Sales and Finance teams
• Reviewing and maintaining sales prices in the internal system
• Providing administrative and analytical support to Accounting, Finance and Sales teams across multiple group companies

What do we expect from you?

• Good command of English for both written and verbal communication
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
• Ability to analyse information, identify issues and propose solutions
• Attention to detail, independence, and a responsible approach to work
• Ability to work comfortably with data and numbers
• Good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
