Pracovní nabídka

Our Office for International Study Programmes is looking for a new colleague to take responsibility for tuition fee-related matters within these programmes. We are looking for someone who combines analytical and process-oriented thinking when working with data with excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach to working with international students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive management of tuition fee administration for international degree programs, including tracking payments, monitoring due dates, and identifying overdue payments. Preparation and execution of related administrative tasks, including administrative proceedings.
  • Ensuring data consistency, data reporting, and close cooperation with the Accounting Office.
  • Daily communication with international students and applicants, particularly regarding financial matters related to their studies.
  • Advisory and administrative support for available scholarships (e.g. government development scholarships, Visegrad Fund, etc.).
  • Participation in a comprehensive support system for international students.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of and practical experience with MS Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Practical experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and systems.
  • Professionalism, tact and sensitivity in communication, and a student-oriented approach, including the ability to handle challenging or conflict situations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills for daily communication with students.
  • Independence, conscientiousness, a systematic approach to work, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Working proficiency in Czech.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with financial statements, accounting reports, and financial reporting.
  • Experience working in an international environment and with international students.
  • Experience working in a university environment.
  • Proactive approach to work.
