As a Night Receptionist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service, whether they are arriving late after a long journey or checking out before sunrise.
What will you do?
- Welcome guests and provide professional check-in and check-out services throughout the night
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues with confidence and care
- Complete daily night audit procedures and support smooth overnight hotel operations
- Handle reservations, payments, cash, and credit card transactions accurately
- Promote hotel services and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain a safe, calm, and welcoming lobby environment
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure outstanding service standards
- Share relevant guest feedback and operational updates with the Front Office leadership team
Who are we looking for?
- A positive, friendly, and guest-oriented personality
- Good communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Confidence working independently during night shifts
- Previous customer service or hotel experience is an advantage
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a plus
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and professional even during busy periods
