For our client, an international organization, we are looking for motivated professionals to join their team as Account Creation Specialists.

Location: Prague
Contract: Fixed-term contract until 31.12.2026
Start Date: As soon as possible

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Create and manage customer accounts in line with established processes and quality standards.
• Maintain and update customer information across internal systems and CRM platforms.
• Review and process customer-related data accurately and efficiently.
• Support business-critical data remediation activities.
• Follow defined procedures while ensuring a high level of attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to meet team objectives and deadlines.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and internal applications to support daily operations.

Your Profile:

• Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Czech language skills are preferred but not required.
• Previous office experience is essential.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work with various internal and external systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with structured and process-driven tasks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
