For our client, a successful international group, we are looking for an experienced Head of FP&A.

This is a senior finance role focused on building a stronger FP&A function and turning financial data into clear business insights and actions. The position combines planning, performance management, business partnering and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Group budgeting, forecasting and planning.
• Develop financial and operational KPIs.
• Improve management reporting, dashboards and analytical tools.
• Support senior management and country CFOs with performance analysis and recommendations.
• Challenge assumptions, budgets and business cases.
• Analyse P&L, overheads and project performance.
• Drive automation and better use of BI, data and AI tools.
• Lead and develop a small FP&A / controlling team.

Your Profile

• Strong FP&A, controlling or performance management background.
• Excellent understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting and KPIs.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; BI experience is an advantage.
• Business-partnering mindset and ability to challenge senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Clear and concise communication.
• Experience working in an international or complex business environment.
• Team leadership experience.
• Experience from real estate, infrastructure, energy, industrial or other asset-heavy businesses is an advantage.
